Anne Furnival welcomes you to Dean Court - a victorian farmhouse set in the midst of Romney Marsh farmland. In easy reach of Rye and Littlestone golf clubs and the attractive town of Tenterden.

Twin and double rooms are available to guests with a sitting room and conservatory leading onto a partially walled and enclosed pond garden.

A full English breakfast is served using completely free range home produced eggs and local bacon.

Good local pubs at Brookland and Appledore provide excellent evening meals as well as restaurants in Rye and Tenterden.

Family room twin bed & sofa bed £60 for two people add £15 per child. Babies in cots free. Reduced rate for longer stays.

Directions:
From the M20, take junction 10 sign posted to Brenzett. Follow the A2070 for 13 miles. Drive straight over the roundabout at Brenzett towards Rye and past Brookland village (on the left). After another mile, take the small right hand turning off left hand bend and drive past the Philippino Village (on the left). You will find us half a mile down the lane just beyond a green grass triangle.
